Products and services	Supported wizPulseAI Matrix apps, Matrix Account, Web Dashboard, and Matrix Credits. Matrix Credits are shared points for supported paid or consumable app features.
Price	When live charging starts, prices will be shown on the relevant service screen or in the Web Dashboard. Live charging is not currently open. Open Dashboard
Additional fees	None. Internet connection and data communication fees are borne by the user.
Payment method	When live charging starts, payment will be made through methods designated by us, such as Stripe checkout in the Web Dashboard.
Payment timing	Charged when Matrix Credits are purchased. Live charging is not currently open.
Service delivery	After payment completion, Matrix Credits balance or digital service access is reflected. Free products follow each product release state.
Cancellation and refund	Due to the nature of digital services and Matrix Credits, completed purchases are generally not cancellable or refundable. See each policy for duplicate payment or non-reflection cases.
Subscriptions	Subscriptions are not currently offered. If introduced later, applicable conditions will be announced separately.
Operating environment	Latest major browsers. Detailed app environments follow each product notice.
