- Payment timing
Charged when the Matrix Credits or applicable digital service purchase is completed.
- Service delivery
After payment completion, Matrix Credits balance or digital service access is reflected. Free products follow each product release state.
- Cancellation and refund
Due to the nature of digital services and Matrix Credits, completed purchases are generally not cancellable or refundable. See each policy for duplicate payment or non-reflection cases.
- Subscriptions
