Matrix Credits are digital points used for supported app features such as AI analysis, generation, and other consumable functions. Purchases, balances, and usage history are managed in the Web Dashboard.

02Refunds after purchase

Matrix Credits are digital goods that are added to your balance immediately after purchase. For this reason, completed purchases are generally not cancellable, returnable, or refundable. Please review the package and amount before purchase.

03About subscriptions

wizPulseAI does not currently offer subscriptions. If subscriptions are introduced later, the applicable conditions will be announced at launch.

04Cases we can review

• A duplicate payment was processed for the same purchase
• A system issue prevented credits from being added to your balance
• wizPulseAI determines that an individual refund review is required

If your case may qualify for review, contact us by email with the following information.

• Purchase date, time, and amount
• Related information shown in the Dashboard
