What do Work, Life, and Kids mean?
Work covers productivity and business use, Life covers everyday choices and style, and Kids covers learning and play for children and families. The same structure is used across Products and Knowledge Hub.
What is Pulse Park?
Pulse Park is the Kids sub-brand. Inside Kids, it can expand into Story, Play, Learn, and Safety.
Which apps are available now?
The current apps are Magicoord, ExpoGeo, and Dino Kids. Magicoord belongs to Life, ExpoGeo is a World Learning app, and Dino Kids belongs to Kids / Pulse Park.
What is a Matrix Account?
A Matrix Account lets you use multiple WizPulseAI apps with one shared account. The Dashboard shows apps, profile settings, and Matrix Credits.
What are Matrix Credits used for?
Matrix Credits are shared points for supported paid features such as AI analysis, generation, and future app capabilities. Purchases happen on the Web Dashboard.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not currently. The current payment method is centered on Matrix Credits rather than subscription plans.
