01Common information we handle

For Matrix Account, Dashboard, support, and public site operation, we may handle email addresses, profile information, authentication-derived user IDs, inquiry content, site preferences, usage logs, and security logs.

02Payment information

Matrix Credits purchases, balances, usage history, and checkout session references are managed in the Web Dashboard. Payment details such as card numbers are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers directly.

03Uploads and AI processing

For features that involve uploads or AI analysis, such as Magicoord, provided images or inputs may be processed for analysis, result generation, quality improvement, and abuse prevention. Photo-analysis language is not applied uniformly to ExpoGeo or Dino Kids.

04Kids and family features

For Dino Kids and Pulse Park-related features, we design around children and families, avoiding unnecessary tracking, advertising use, and in-app purchase paths. Parent or guardian inquiries are handled individually.

05Third-party services

We may use external services for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, AI processing, and email. Information is processed only as needed for those purposes.

06Retention and deletion

Information is retained for the period necessary for service operation, legal compliance, accounting and payment records, security, and support. To request confirmation or deletion, contact us with your registered email address.
