This page explains cancellation guidance for Matrix Credits, app usage, and any future subscription offerings from wizPulseAI.
01Current payment model
wizPulseAI currently centers payments around Matrix Credits purchased and managed in the Web Dashboard. Subscriptions are not officially offered at this time.
02Cancelling Matrix Credits
Matrix Credits are digital goods added to your balance immediately after purchase. For that reason, completed purchases generally cannot be cancelled. If you believe there was a duplicate payment or credits were not reflected correctly, review the Refund Policy.
03Stopping app usage
You can stop using individual apps such as Magicoord, ExpoGeo, and Dino Kids at any time. Stopping app usage does not automatically delete your Matrix Account or Dashboard balance.
04Future subscriptions
If subscriptions are introduced later, the checkout or guidance page will clearly state renewal dates, cancellation methods, and what remains available after cancellation.
05What you can check in Dashboard
Purchase history, Matrix Credits balance, and supported app status can be reviewed in the Web Dashboard.
