After cancellation: You can continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period. How to cancel: Go to Dashboard (dashboard.wizpulseai.com) → Settings → Subscription Management. Refunds: Refunds are only available within 7 days of initial purchase and if the service has not been used. No other refunds are accepted.
About Credits (Points)	What are credits: Credits are consumable points used to access AI features. Usage rules: A set amount of credits is consumed per AI analysis. The amount varies by feature and mode. Expiration: Purchased credits have no expiration date. They can be used indefinitely. Refunds: Credits are digital goods and are non-refundable after purchase. Please consider your needs carefully before purchasing.
