This policy explains how to cancel your wizPulseAI subscription. You can cancel easily at any time.
1.How to Cancel
Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription.
- Log in to Dashboard (dashboard.wizpulseai.com)
- Go to Settings → Subscription Management
- Click 'Cancel Subscription'
- Confirm cancellation on the confirmation screen
2.What Happens After Cancellation
Access Until End of Billing Period
After cancellation, you can continue to use all features until the end of your current billing period.
Auto-Renewal Stops
After cancellation, auto-renewal is stopped and you will not be charged again.
Downgrade to Free Plan
After the billing period ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. Your account and data will be preserved.
3.About Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Monthly plans renew monthly, and yearly plans renew annually.
We will notify you by email 3 days before renewal. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the renewal date.
Tip: Add the renewal date to your calendar so you don't forget.
4.Reactivation
You can restart your subscription at any time after cancellation.
- Your previous account settings are preserved
- You can choose any plan to restart
- Any remaining credits will still be available
